Cangnan 1 #offshore wind power project, which was co-built by Poly Changda Engineering under Poly International, vigorously promoted lean management, and increased the speed of wind turbine installation from 1 turbine per 10 days to 1 turbine per 3 days, creating a new industry record of 21 sets of single piles sinking in a single month, and laying a solid foundation for promoting the country to achieve the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality" as soon as possible. In the first half of the year, Poly Developments has built 3.295 million square meters of green buildings, including 195,000 square meters of buildings of ultra-low energy consumption. Among them, Beijing Daduhui Project has successfully applied for and received the certificate of carbon neutral building by China Beijing Green Exchange, and Foshan Poly Center has obtained LEED platinum operation certification, leading the low-carbon practice of the industry. Poly Property Group has created a green living space for the public through the use of substation energy consumption management system, curtain wall natural ventilation system, intelligent lighting management system, geothermal heat pump, energy-saving doors and windows, new energy charging piles, roof garden greening, and so on. Over the years, Poly Property Group has built a total area of 16.6336 million square meters which were certified to be green, promoting the green transformation of social economy.

Facing natural and artificial restoration, Poly "insists on the integrated protection and systematic management of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grass and sand, and builds a large pattern of protection and management from the top of the mountain to the ocean". Since Poly Property Services, a subsidiary of Poly Developments, entered Haizhu Wetlands Park in Guangzhou, it has helped the park to be included in the list of important international wetlands and upgraded to a national AAAA tourist attraction. With the help of Poly Property Services, new species such as Haizhu sphenoraia have been found in the wetland for the first time in the world, and the number of wetland bird categories has increased from 72 to 190, further restoring the local ecological balance. Poly Union Group Corporation has built benchmark projects such as the "Mountain Forest" in Tangshan, Hebei Province, the "Mountain Forest and Lake" in Rongcheng, Shandong Province, and the "Eco-Park" in Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province, with a winning bid of 16.5 billion yuan. Poly Union has restored an area of 233.96 10000 square meters, speeding up the transformation and upgrading of land restoration to the creation of land ecosphere.
